We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to ensure a seamless and stress-free process for you. *Returns*

We take great care to ensure that your orders are meticulously checked for quality and accuracy. While it’s uncommon to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, in the rare event that such an issue arises, we are here to assist you.

 

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.

Made on order are not eligible for exchange or return.
If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number within 7-8 days. After sending the product back, your return will be processed.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

No exchange or return for Sarees.

 

*Exchanges*

Exchanges are not accepted in certain circumstances:

– Color differences of up to 10-15% due to variations in screen resolutions, lighting, and editing.
– Disliking the material or color of the product, as product descriptions are provided for your reference.
– Changing your mind without a valid reason after placing the order.

 

*Size Exchange Policy:*

– One-time size exchange is free of charge. You will have to arrange for the reverse pickup to ensure the parcel is not lost and to make the service convenient for our customers.
– For any subsequent size exchanges, applicable charges will apply.

 

*Customization Charges:*

– Customization will be charged at ₹250 per piece.
– Customized orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
